  • 2 lb. cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 (46 oz.) cans tomato juice
  • 1 (32 oz.) bottle catsup
  • 7 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen whole kernel corn
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper

Directions

    Put all ingredients in large Dutch oven.

    Bring to a boil. (May need to add enough water to cover ingredients.) Cover. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
