- 2 (46 oz.) cans tomato juice
- 1 (32 oz.) bottle catsup
- 7 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen whole kernel corn
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper
Directions

1Put all ingredients in large Dutch oven.

2Bring to a boil. (May need to add enough water to cover ingredients.) Cover. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
