Ingredients

  • 1 fryer
  • 2 lb. beef or pork
  • 3 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, cut up
  • 1 qt. corn
  • 1 qt. butter beans
  • 2 to 3 cans tomatoes (or use fresh tomatoes)
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • few dashes of Tabasco

Directions

    Boil cut up meats until tender, then cut in small pieces.

    Cook vegetables until tender.

    Add meat to vegetables; add paprika and Tabasco.

    If desired may add few drops of Texas Pete if you like it hot.

    Simmer on low heat until thick.

    Stir, so it won't stick to pot.
