  • 3 pounds chicken fryer, cut into serving pieces
  • 2 cups water
  • 6 each peppercorns whole
  • 2 each bay leaves
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 each tomatoes cut into 8 wedges each
  • 1 medium onions thinly
  • 10 ounces lima beans thawed
  • 10 ounces corn kernels, canned thawed
  • 10 ounces okra thawed and, sliced into 1/2inch pieces

    Wash chicken and pat dry.
