- 1 lb Brussel Sprouts
- 2 tbsp Melted ghee
- 1 Sea salt
- 1 Lemon zest (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350AF

2Wash Brussel sprouts

3Peel outer leaves off of the Brussel sprouts and place in large bowl

4Put ghee in a small saucepan.

5Heat on low.

6Stir until melted.

7Mix melted ghee into the bowl of Brussel sprout leaves.

8Add sea salt.

9Mix and stir thoroughly.

10Line the Brussel sprout leaves a large cookie sheet with parchment paper.

11Divide leaves evenly in a single layer.

12Bake for 8-10 mins or until crispy and brown on the edges.

13Add some lemon zest and extra salt over the chips (optional)

14Eat while warm.
