- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- 12 Brussels sprouts
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Melt butter in a saucepan.

2Add sprouts, onion and seasonings. Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon over the sprouts in pan.

3Dice the lemon peel and add 1 to 2 teaspoons to pan.

4Cover and cook over low heat until tender, about 30 minutes.

5Serves 4.
