- 2 pt. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved, or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, thawed
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Steam sprouts 5 minutes or until tender.

2In small skillet, fry bacon crisp, drain and crumble.

3Add onion to drippings in skillet, saute 5 minutes until tender, add remaining ingredients to skillet, cook, stirring until mixture boils.

4Stir in bacon. Pour over Brussels sprouts.
