  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • dash of salt
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. red food coloring
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 pt. strawberries
  • Cool Whip or whipped cream

    Mix

    and cornstarch with 2 tablespoons water and dash of salt.

    Mix all with 1 cup water and cook until thick. Add

    food coloring and lemon juice. Cool and mix with 1 pint strawberries. Pour into pie shell.

    Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
