Bubble Bread(Use A Bundt Cake Pan)

  • 2 loaves frozen white bread
  • 1/2 c. or 1 stick butter or margarine (I found 1 1/2 sticks are better)
  • 1 c. packed light brown sugar
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. coarsely chopped nuts

Directions

    Remove frozen bread from freezer at night and place in refrigerator and let rise until double in size.

    Melt butter in small pan, being careful not to brown.
  3. 3
    Combine sugar and cinnamon in small bowl.
  4. 4
    Break walnut size pieces of bread dough off.
  5. 5
    Roll in butter, then in sugar mixture.

    Place in rows in bottom of well-greased Bundt cake pan.

    After bottom is covered, sprinkle 1/2 cup nuts on top.

    Put second layer of bread dough over nuts until all is used up.

    Pour on remaining butter; top with remaining sugar mixture.

    Sprinkle remaining nuts on top.

    Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.

    Cool, right side up, 5 minutes and turn out on plate.
