  • 1- 1/2 pound Ground Beef
  • 20 ounces, fluid Pizza Sauce
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, divided
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, Divided
  • 2 packages 10 Count Buttermilk Biscuits

Directions

    Brown and drain beef.

    Add sauce, stir in 1 cup cheddar and 1 cup mozzarella.

    Cut biscuits into quarters or smaller.

    Fold into sauce.

    Pour into greased 4 quart pan (or 2 smaller pans).

    Bake at 400F for 20 minutes.

    Top with the remaining cheese and put it back in the oven for 10 more minutes.

    (Baking time may vary from oven to oven.

    Spaghetti sauce can also be used instead of pizza sauce.)
