- 8 oz. lean ground beef
- 1 -10.2 oz. can Pillsbury Grand Reduced Fat Biscuits
- 1 -14 oz. jar pizza sauce
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. garlic
- salt to taste
- onions, mushrooms, pepperoni (small pieces), optional
- 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Brown beef in a large skillet over medium heat until no longer pink. While meat cooks, open tube of biscuits and cut each biscuit into sixths.

3Spray a 10 inch deep dish pie plate or 9 inch square baking pan.

4When beef is done, drain well and return to pan.

5Stir in pizza sauce, seasonings, and other optional items if desired.

6Spoon sauce evenly over the top and bake for 12-15 minutes, until biscuits are cooked through and cheese is melted.

7Remove from oven and allow to set 5 minutes before serving.

8Makes 4-6 servings.
