- 4 tilapia fillets
- 16 shrimp
- cajun spices
- olive oil
- oregano
- lemon juice
- 12 cup butter
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese
Directions

1Combine melted butter and lemon juice, and then lightly cover filets.

2Cover filets in cajun spices.

3Pan fry filets for two and a half minutes on each side on medium / high.

4Add olive oil and saute shrimp in remains of the filets.

5For the alfredo sauce, combine a stick of butter, cup of heavy cream, and cup of grated parmesan cheese in a small pot.

6Cook on medium / low or until everything is melted.

7Add a teaspoon of starch and water mix if sauce needs thickening.

8Add oregano for presentation / flavor.
