- 1 c. milk
- 2 1/4 c. warm water
- 3 Tbsp. molasses
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. buckwheat flour
- 1 c. white flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast and molasses in lukewarm water.

2Scald milk. Add salt and cool to lukewarm.

3Add yeast.

4Add buckwheat flour and white flour gradually.

5Beat until smooth.

6Cover and let rise in a warm place.

7Cook as pancakes.
