- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 c. sugar
- vanilla wafers
Directions

1Make pie crust by crumbling vanilla wafers in the bottom of pie dish.

2Stand wafers up around the edge and mix pie. Separate eggs.

3Put yolks in large mixing bowl and beat well.

4Add milk and lemon juice.

5Mix thoroughly.

6Pour in pie crust.
