Ingredients
- 12 cup red beans, dried
- 12 cup navy beans, dried
- 34 cup tomato sauce
- 13 cup brown sugar
- 13 cup strong brewed coffee, black and brewed strong
- 12 cup onion, chopped
- 14 cup barbecue sauce
- 13 cup vodka
- 13 cup pork, finely diced
- 12 carrot, grated
- 1 12 tablespoons mustard
- 14 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 teaspoon chili powder
Directions

1Soak beans overnight (10-12 hours), in enough water to cover them by 1-2 inches.

2Drain and rinse beans.

3Place them in a saucepan, cover with water, and simmer 10-15 minutes.

4The simmering time will depend on how soft you like your beans- simmer longer to make them softer.

5Drain beans, and place in a casserole dish greased with nonstick spray.

6Add all other ingredients, and mix well.

7The mixture will be soupy, but will reduce during cooking.

8Bake, uncovered, at 350 F, for 90 minutes.

9Check before last 20 minutes of cooking- if the sauce is too thick for your liking, you can add more of any of the liquids.
