Buffalo Chicken Roll-ups

  • 1 whole Package Wonton Wrappers, 12 Ounce Package
  • 12 ounces, weight Canned Chicken, Drained
  • 23 cups Frank's Red Hot Sauce
  • 1 cup Cole Slaw Vegetable Mix
  • 1 cup Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • Blue Cheese Or Ranch For Dipping

    Preheat oven to 400 F. Set the stack of wonton wrappers on a clean work surface.

    In a small bowl, stir chicken and hot sauce until well coated, using more or less sauce depending on your spice preference.

    Place a small amount of chicken, slaw, and blue cheese on each of the wrappers.

    Wet the edges of the wrappers with a bit of water and roll them up and seal the edges.

    Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spray the foil with nonstick cooking spray.

    Place the rolls on the sheet.

    Place the sheet into the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until the rolls crisp and turn a light golden brown.
