- 1 c. Louisiana hot sauce
- 2/3 c. butter
- 1/2 c. Burgundy wine
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
Directions

1Disjoint wings and wash.

2Deep fry in oil; drain.

3While wings are frying, mix all remaining ingredients and warm until butter is melted.

4After draining wings, toss them in the sauce until coated. Serve with carrot and celery strips and Blue cheese dip.
