- brown gravy

- 2 rabbits (optional)

1Cut the buffalo into bite size pieces; should take about 2 months.

2Add enough brown gravy to cover.

4Cook over a turkey pit fire for about 4 weeks at 460°. This will serve about 2,000 people.

5If more are expected, two rabbits may be added.
