- 4 lb. chicken wings
- 3 c. hot sauce
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- cayenne pepper
- Blue cheese dressing
Directions

1Combine hot sauce, vinegar and butter.

2Cook until butter melts.

3Add chicken wings.

4Cook until wings are done.

5Remove from heat.

6Let wings soak for 1 to 2 hours.

7Take wings from sauce.

8Place in baking dish.

9Sprinkle with cayenne pepper (add more or less pepper for desired taste).

10Bake on 350° until wings brown.

11Serve using Blue cheese dressing as a dip.
