- 4 medium potatoes
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1/3 c. light cream
- salt and pepper
- onion salt
- fresh chopped parsley
Directions

1Pare potatoes and cut lengthwise as for French fries.

2Place potatoes in center of a large piece of aluminum foil (double thickness).

3Shape foil to form a baking dish.

4Dot potatoes with butter; sprinkle with seasonings and cheese.

5Pour cream over all. Seal foil and cook over hot coals for one to one and a half hours.

6Serves 4.
