- 1 tall can evaporated milk
- 1 stick margarine
- garlic salt to taste or other salt
- 2 c. (1/2 lb.) sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Place unthawed potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch casserole.

2Add salt. Pour milk over potatoes; sprinkle cheese over top.

3Dot with margarine.

4Cover with foil and bake in a 400° oven for 45 minutes.
