  • 2 lb. boneless sirloin steak
  • 1 1/2 c. mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. green peppers
  • 1/2 c. onions
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 c. beef stock
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
