  • 1 lg. onion
  • 1 lg peeled bulb of garlic
  • 1 kiwi, apple, OR pear
  • 12 oz of soy sauce
  • 2 to 3 cups brown sugar to taste
  • 1/2 cup sesame oil
  • 1/2 tspn fresh ground black pepper

Directions

    Puree onion, garlic, fruit and soy sauce in blender or food processor. Pour into lg bowl and mix in brown sugar(by hand) until all lumps are gone. Add sesame, black pepper and 1 lb. of thinly slice eye round beef.. Mix thoroughly. Set in refridgerator 1 to 3 days. Cook on grill till brown and crispy.
