- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 12 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
- 2 scallions, sliced thinly
Directions

1Place beef in the freezer for 45 minutes to make it easier to slice.

2Slice the beef very thinly.

3Mix together the other ingredients and marinate the beef in this mixture for an hour.

4Heat a medium saute pan over high heat and cook the beef fully.

5Slice the scallions thinly and garnish the beef with these and the toasted sesame seeds.
