- 1 1/2 piece Apple
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 2/3 piece Carrot
- 3 piece onion
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp sesame
- 200 grams beef
- 2 tsp red pepper
Directions

1Grate apple

2Chop onion and add it to apple

3Add oil, soy sauce, honey, red pepper and sesame.

4I add 3 drops of apple venegar to balance the taste.

5Mix them all and add carrot and beef.

6Put it into fridge and let it wait for 1 hour.

7No bbq?

8Use a flat pan with aluminum foil to cook bulgogi.
