  • 1 1/2 piece Apple
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 2/3 piece Carrot
  • 3 piece onion
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp sesame
  • 200 grams beef
  • 2 tsp red pepper

    Grate apple

    Chop onion and add it to apple

    Add oil, soy sauce, honey, red pepper and sesame.

    I add 3 drops of apple venegar to balance the taste.

    Mix them all and add carrot and beef.

    Put it into fridge and let it wait for 1 hour.
