- 3 cup beef
- 1 cup onion
- 1/2 cup carrots
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sesame or olive oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 tbsp minched garlic
- 1/2 tsp ginger or powder
Directions

1Cut beef, carrots & onion to thin strips

2In a large bowl, mix all the other ingredients together then add the beef, onions & carrots.

3Place it to a container with a cover and refrigerate to marinate for atleast half a day or overnight.

4When its ready, place the marinated beef into a pan and cook to a medium high temp.

5Done when the beef is all nice and brown and cook for about 15-25mins
