Ingredients

  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • 12 oz. butterscotch chips
  • 2 c. peanut butter
  • 1 c. oleo
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 (3 oz.) vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
  • 2 boxes powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. peanuts

Directions

    Melt together over low heat the chocolate and butterscotch chips and the peanut butter.

    Pour 1/2 of this mixture into a well-greased jelly roll pan and cool completely.

    Melt the oleo and add the evaporated milk and the dry pudding mix.

    Boil until thick.

    Remove from heat and add the powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix well and spread over the first layer.

    Cool completely.

    Melt the remainder of the first mixture and add the peanuts.

    Spread on top of the filling layer.

    Refrigerate.
