  • 24 oz. chocolate chips
  • 2 c. chunky peanut butter
  • 12 oz. salted peanuts
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) instant French vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 lb. melted butter
  • 2 lb. powdered sugar

    Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter.

    Add salted peanuts. Put 1/2 mixture in a buttered jelly roll pan.

    Cool.

    Save the other half.

    Mix vanilla pudding with evaporated milk and vanilla. Add melted butter and powdered sugar.

    Beat well.

    Spread on top of cooled chocolate layer.

    Carefully spread other half of chocolate on top of pudding mixture.

    Cool.

    Cut in small bars. Keep refrigerated.
