- 1 1/4 c. corn oil margarine
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 1/2 c. light brown sugar
- 1 3/4 c. egg substitute
- 2 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 2 tsp. vanilla or almond flavoring
- 1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
- 1 scant c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Beat margarine and sugars until well blended.

2Add egg substitute, a small amount at a time, and beat very well after each addition.

3(This is very important with egg substitute.)

4Add flour, vanilla, grated orange rind and lastly, nuts, that have been mixed with flour.

5Bake about 1 hour in well-greased Bundt pan at 325° to 350°.

6Serve plain or with lemon drizzle.
