Bundt Vegetable Bread

- 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
- 1 stick oleo
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 cans biscuits, cut each in 6 pieces
- 6 pieces bacon, fried and crumbled
Directions

1Melt oleo in pan and saute vegetables.

2Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

3Pour into Bundt pan (it will be lumpy).

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
