- 300 grams Beef
- 200 ml Dashi stock
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 3 tbsp Water
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce

- 1 tbsp Sake
Directions

1Peel the skin off the burdock root, break into 2 to 4 pieces, then cut into 10 cm pieces.

2Boil the ingredients until the stock evaporates.

3Spread out the meat.

4Wrap 2 to 3 sticks of the burdock root in the meat.

5For meat that's long, wrap it up diagonally.

6Heat oil in a frying pan and and add the meat with the seams down.

7Cook while turning over.

8Add the flavoring ingredients and boil until glossy.
