Burger Bean Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 8 slices bacon, diced
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (16 oz.) can drained green beans
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can drained kidney beans
  • 1 (16 oz.) can baked beans, undrained
  • 1 (16 oz.) can drained butter beans
  • 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard

Directions

    Cook diced bacon.

    Remove meat from pan, drain most of bacon fat, then brown the ground meat and onions.

    Drain most of the fat off.

    Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.

    Put in casserole dish, cover and bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
