- 2 c. mushrooms, chopped
- 4 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce or Worcestershire
- 1 1/2 c. tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 8 oz. can whole kernel corn
Directions

1Mix all the ingredients in a large dish.

2Let stand for 15 minutes and lay into a 3-inch deep greased baking dish.

3Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
