- 16 ounces cream cheese softened
- 6 ounces pitted black olives drained and chopped
- 4 ounces diced green chilies undrained
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 18 ounces flour tortillas pkg. 10 inch
- salsa Commercial jalapeno
Directions

1Combine first 4 ingredients, mixing well.

2Spread about 1 heaping tablespoon of cream cheese mixture on each tortilla.

3Tightly roll tortillas, and wrap in wax paper.

4Chill 8 hours.

5Slice each tortilla into seven 1 inch slices and serve with jalapeno salsa.

6Yield 7 dozen appetizer servings.
