- 6 (10-inch) flour tortillas
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes with green peppers
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 can refried beans
Directions

1Wrap tortillas in foil; place in 350° oven for five minutes to soften.

2Cook ground beef and onion until meat is brown and onion is tender.

3Drain.

4Stir in beans, undrained tomatoes and chili powder.

5Simmer, uncovered, for about five minutes or desired consistency.

6Spoon onto tortilla; top with cheese if desired. Fold opposite sides in.

7Tuck in bottom end.

8Put in oven until cheese melts.
