- pepper
- 1/2 lb. mild Cheddar cheese
- garlic
- 1 pkg. flour tortillas
Directions

1Brown ground beef; drain fat.

2Add salt, pepper and garlic to taste.

4Grate cheese.

5Heat tortillas.

6Put 2 tablespoons of meat and bean mixture in center of tortillas. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

7Add salsa or hot sauce, if desired. Fold in ends and roll up.
