- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can chili without beans
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- 12 to 14 flour tortilla shells
- 1 (8 oz.) can refried beans
- fresh onion, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
Directions

1Brown ground beef.

2Put refried beans (1/2 can) in with beef and cook for 5 minutes.

3Spread out tortillas and spread a thin coat of sour cream on each.

4Put ground beef mixture in shells and roll up.

5Put in casserole dish.

6Spread chili over top, then sprinkle with chopped onion, cheese and pepper.

7Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
