  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can chili without beans
  • shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 12 to 14 flour tortilla shells
  • 1 (8 oz.) can refried beans
  • fresh onion, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream

Directions

    Brown ground beef.

    Put refried beans (1/2 can) in with beef and cook for 5 minutes.

    Spread out tortillas and spread a thin coat of sour cream on each.

    Put ground beef mixture in shells and roll up.

    Put in casserole dish.

    Spread chili over top, then sprinkle with chopped onion, cheese and pepper.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
