- 1 lb. Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 2/3 c. chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 c. Spanish peanuts
Directions

1Place Oreo cookies and melted butter in 9 x 13-inch pan. Freeze 1 hour.

2Spread ice cream.

3Freeze.

4Melt powdered sugar, butter, evaporated milk and chocolate chips.

5Boil 8 minutes. Cool.

6Sprinkle peanuts on ice cream and pour sauce over nuts. Freeze.
