  • 1 lb. Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 2/3 c. chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 c. Spanish peanuts

    Place Oreo cookies and melted butter in 9 x 13-inch pan. Freeze 1 hour.

    Spread ice cream.

    Freeze.

    Melt powdered sugar, butter, evaporated milk and chocolate chips.

    Boil 8 minutes. Cool.

    Sprinkle peanuts on ice cream and pour sauce over nuts. Freeze.
