    In a small mixer bowl, combine all ingredients and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Beat with electric mixer until combined.

    Beat 2 minutes on medium speed.

    Turn into pan.

    Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes or until done.

    Cool.
