  • 1 c. uncooked rice (not Minute rice)
  • 1 cut up chicken
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup

Directions

    Scatter rice on bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Place pieces of chicken, skin side up, on top of rice.

    Combine mushroom soup, water and onion soup. Pour over chicken.

    Cover with foil. Bake in preheated 325° oven for 2 hours.
