Ingredients
- 2 lb. (3/4-inch thick) halibut or other firm fish (fresh or frozen)
- 2 Tbsp. dry onion sou mix
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 c. melted butter, margarine or oil
Directions

1Thaw fish, if frozen.

2Dry well.

3Cut into 6 portions.

4Combine soup mix and sour cream.

5In separate bowl mix bread crumbs, cheese, parsley and paprika.

6Dip fish in sour cream mixture.

7Roll in bread crumb mixture.

8Place in single layer on aluminum foil in well-greased pan or broiler pan.

9Pour butter or oil over fish. Bake at 475° to 500° for 10 to 12 minutes until fish flakes easily. Yields 6 servings.
