- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1/2 lb. butter or margarine
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 1 egg yolk
Directions

1Mix together sour cream & egg yolk.

2Cut butter into flour as you would for a pie crust.

3Add sour cream & egg yolk to mixture. Mix well and shape into a ball.

4Wrap well and chill overnight. Divide into 3 parts and roll each into a circle and cut into pie shaped wedges (12).

5Put 1 tsp. of filling on the wide end of the roll up.

6Bake on a lightly greased cookie sheet at 375° for 25-30 minutes until just lightly browned.

7Chill & dust with powdered sugar.
