  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1 lb. powdered sugar (reserve 1/3 c.)
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix together yellow cake mix, 2 eggs and 1 stick butter; spread in 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Mix together 8 ounces cream cheese, 2 eggs, powdered sugar and vanilla.

    Spread on top of first mixture. Bake 30 to 35 minutes in 350° oven.

    When cool, sift reserved 1/4 cup sugar on top.
