  • 1 whole Rotisserie Chicken, Skin And Bones Removed And Cut Into Bite-size Pieces
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 whole Medium Onion, Chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger, Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Indian Chili Powder Or Cayenne Pepper, Use Less If You Don't Like It Spicy
  • 1/2 teaspoons Turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 can (14.5 Oz. Can) Chopped Tomatoes, Including Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
  • 13 cups Half-and-half
  • 1/4 cups Sour Cream
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Cilantro

    Saute onion and garlic in butter until onion is tender, about 5 minutes.
