Ingredients

  • 2 lrg chicken breasts
  • 50 gm butter
  • 1 lrg onion finely minced
  • 3 x black cardamoms (optional)
  • 1 lrg clv garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp each: chilli pwdr, turmeric, cumin grnd ginger, nutmeg.
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c. cream
  • 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala

Directions

    Skin chicken breasts and slice into strips.

    Coat each piece of chicken in combined chilli pwdr, turmeric, cumin, grnd ginger, nutmeg, salt and pepper.

    Heat butter in cooking pot, add in onion and garlic and cook till soft.

    Add in chicken stirring till golden brown.

    Add in tomato paste and Garam masala.

    Stir in cream, then simmer gently for approx.

    Serve with rice.
