Ingredients
- 2 lrg chicken breasts
- 50 gm butter
- 1 lrg onion finely minced
- 3 x black cardamoms (optional)
- 1 lrg clv garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp each: chilli pwdr, turmeric, cumin grnd ginger, nutmeg.
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. cream
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
Directions

1Skin chicken breasts and slice into strips.

2Coat each piece of chicken in combined chilli pwdr, turmeric, cumin, grnd ginger, nutmeg, salt and pepper.

3Heat butter in cooking pot, add in onion and garlic and cook till soft.

4Add in chicken stirring till golden brown.

5Add in tomato paste and Garam masala.

6Stir in cream, then simmer gently for approx.

710 min.

8Serve with rice.
