- 8 thin pork chops
- 1 (8 oz.) can kraut, drained
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 tsp. instant minced onions
Directions

1Season chops with all the ingredients, except butter.

2In large skillet brown chops on both sides, using very little oil if any.

3Drain off fat.

4Place chops in baking dish.

5Add drained kraut over top with pats of butter.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until tender and brown.

7Serve hot.
