  • 8 thin pork chops
  • 1 (8 oz.) can kraut, drained
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 tsp. instant minced onions

Directions

    Season chops with all the ingredients, except butter.

    In large skillet brown chops on both sides, using very little oil if any.

    Drain off fat.

    Place chops in baking dish.

    Add drained kraut over top with pats of butter.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until tender and brown.

    Serve hot.
