- 1/3 c. butter (for pan)
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Heat oven to 450° and melt butter in a 13 x 9 1/2-inch pan. Sift together dry ingredients.

2Add milk and stir with fork until it clings; knead 10 times.

3Roll out on floured surface until 1/2-inch thick in a rectangle.

4Cut 16 strips approximately 4-inches long and 3/4-inch wide.

5Roll in melted butter and arrange in pan.

6Bake 15 to 20 minutes.

7Great with stews.
