  • 1 c. milk, heated
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 4 1/2 c. flour

    Combine first 4 ingredients.

    Cool.

    Add yeast.

    Let dissolve. Add eggs, then flour.

    Knead well.

    Put in greased bowl.

    Cover and let rise until double.

    Divide dough in thirds.

    Roll to 9-inch circle.

    Brush with butter.

    Cut in wedges.

    Roll wedges toward center.

    Put in greased pan and curve brush with melted butter.

    Let rise until very light.
