- 1 cup Butter, Softened
- 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Peppermint Extract
- 1-3/4 cup All-purpose Flour
- Green Colored Sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°F.

2In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Beat in peppermint extract. Gradually add flour and mix well.

3Roll level tablespoonfuls of dough into balls. Place 1 inch apart on baking sheets. Flatten with a glass dipped in colored sugar.

4Bake for 12-14 minutes or until firm. Remove to wire racks to cool.
