- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces (1 c.)
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Butter a 15 x 10-inch cookie sheet and set aside.

2In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, salt, butter or margarine and water.

3Cook until mixture reaches soft crack stage or 270° on a candy thermometer.

4Stir in chopped walnuts.

5Pour onto prepared cookie sheet.
