  • 1 box butter pecan cake mix
  • 1 small box instant coconut cream pudding mix
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Combine first 5 ingredients and beat well.

    Stir in the pecans.

    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.

    Bake at 325° for 45 to 50 minutes (toothpick will come out clean in center when done).
